20th Century Fox engaged Xenatus Global in delivering an effective and integrated Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) solution utilizing the right processes, people and tools to allow Fox to take control and benefit from improved cash flow, reduced research time, collection of invalid deductions and reduced write-offs.

The ARM System Modules included:

• Automatch - matches credits and deductions at the header level (invoice/credit memo) and at the detail level.
• Collections - supports the collection of cash for past due open invoices and disallowed deductions
• Deductions Management - supports research and resolution of deductions that cannot be matched through the AutoMatch process.
• Workflow - providing the ability to route prioritized activities to users based on pre-defined roles and accountabilities
• Document Management system integration with DataServ to provide a single repository for all document images required to support the credit & collections and deductions management processes.
