Xenatus’ Dynamics
CRM
Consultant
is
accountable
for the
delivery
of
technical
consulting
services
to
effect
the
successful
implementation
of
solutions
on
behalf
of
clients.
Consultant
is
responsible
for
modifying,
customizing
and
installing
Microsoft
Dynamics
software
at the
direction
of a
project
manager;
gathering
business
requirements
through
direct
virtual
or
onsite
client
interaction;
translating
those
requirements
into
detailed
functional,
technical
specifications;
programming
code or
modifying
existing
programs
to
customize
software
to the
Client�s
needs;
testing
and
debugging
program
errors;
and
implementing
an
efficient
solution
for
Clients.
Responsibilities
Perform
any
task
necessary
to
satisfy
clients�
needs
Assist
in
project
planning
sessions
with
Xenatus
and
client
management
Analyze
and
document
business
processes
and
requirements
Perform
gap
analysis
between
existing
software
and
requirements
Prepare
conceptual
design
documents
Prepare
technical
specifications
Perform
coding,
testing,
debugging,
configuring
and
documenting
program
modifications
and
enhancements
in
NAV
that
include:
Configure
Troubleshoot
Modify
Create
Perform
NAV
and
SQL
installation,
migration,
data
migration/conversion
Learn
and
grow
professional
abilities,
skills
and
knowledge
Professional Development:
Develop personal skills to efficiently and effectively work individually and as a member of the consulting team
Participate in company sponsored job related activities and training to further develop your technical skills
Mentor new consulting team members as assigned
Qualifications
Information
Technology
experience
Hands-on
development
experience

accepted
programming
standards
and
techniques
to
assure
efficient
program
logic
and
data
manipulation
Understanding
of
Dynamics
CRM
modules
and
application
processes
Experience
in
MS
Dynamics
CRM,
.NET,
C#
and
SQL
programming
development.
Experience
with
MS
SharePoint
is a
plus.
Experience
writing
reports
also
a
plus.
MS
Dynamics
CRM
certification
is a
plus;
if
not
applicable,
Xenatus
will
provide.
Must
work
well
both
in a
team

and
independently
under
minimal

Microsoft:
Experience with Microsoft SQL server and Windows Server
Understanding of Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange architecture
Office Development troubleshooting (Access, InfoPath, Excel, Word templates, etc)
Microsoft SQL Server Database platform – hands on architecture and design of database schema and ability to create stored procedures and optimized SQL query statements

This position is available in the following regions:
