Xenatus’ Dynamics Architect is responsible for leading the architecture, designs, defining the modifications, customizations and installations of Microsoft Dynamics software at the direction of a project manager; gathering business requirements through direct virtual or onsite client interaction; translating those requirements into detailed functional, technical specifications; programming code or modifying existing programs to customize software to the client’s needs; testing and debugging program errors; and implementing an efficient solution for clients.
Responsibilities
Project Scope:
Work with consultants to analyze business requirements
Assess the quality of source code, conduct code reviews and provide feedback
Design process improvement modifications that are compatible with other integrated components, baseline functionality, and provide flexibility for subsequent builds
Project Delivery:
Follow established implementation standards including procedures for reporting and documentation to keep management, clients and others informed of project status and related issues
Contribute to the development and maintenance of thorough technical and project documentation
Develop the plans and direct testing for quality assurance
Develop and test modifications in accordance with established standards
Provide maintenance on current code base
Communicate all project-related work including technical issues, design changes and scope changes to the project manager

Qualifications
10+ Years Information Technology experience
Microsoft Dynamics:
Development experience with various Dynamics Modules/Granules
Knowledge of all Dynamics functionality
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development tools
Currently have or willing to achieve MS Dynamics certifications
Experience with:
Microsoft SQL server 2000/2005 and Windows 2000-2003 Server
Data Mining, T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Database Design
HTML/DHTML/JScript/VBScript
SQL Reporting Services
XML/XSL/ Web Services
Office Development / troubleshooting (Access, InfoPath, Excel, Word templates, etc)
Development experience – ASP, .NET, Smart Clien, VB.Net and/or C
Microsoft SQL Server Database platform – hands on architecture and design of database schema and ability to create stored procedures and optimized SQL query statements
ERP Installation Experience
Mathematical Skills –Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Skills – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study. Accounting degree or experience a plus.
